Ralph S. Reilly, DMD
 The Advanced Dentistry team in the Somerville NJ area is led by Dr. Ralph Reilly - one of the best trained and most highly regarded dentists in the country. A 1983 graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Dr. Reilly continually furthers his expertise with extensive post doctoral education. He has completed all levels of the esteemed Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies continuum, and Baylor University's Aesthetic Program - just to name a few. He now serves as a Senior Clinical Instructor at these prestigious post graduate programs. Dr. Reilly also is a guest speaker at many international dental industry events. Additionally, Dr. Reilly is currently one of only 40 dentists to become certified by the state of New Jersey to perform sedation dentistry. To become certified Dr. Reilly had to complete special training in enteral sedation techniques, which required 40 hours of post doctoral credits.
Dr. Reilly was recently voted the "BEST of the best" in a reader survey poll conducted by an area newspaper - The Courier News. And has been named as One of America's Top Dentists by the Consumer Research Council of America - for four years running.
Middlesex NJ cosmetic dentist Dr. Ralph Reilly is often a featured guest speaker on both radio and television programs. Dr. Reilly recently completed a cosmetic dentistry segment for MD-TV, whose board of directors recognized him as a leader in the field of cosmetic dentistry. MD-TV is known for their 30 minute programming on medicine's latest advances.
Despite the fame and notoriety, Dr. Reilly is best known as the "Dentist's Dentist". He is continually sought out by his peers in the dental industry to perform their dental work. He brings this experience and extensive training to suburban Central New Jersey, providing the same quality of care to middle-class America.
Dr. Reilly and Kristy, his wife of over 20 years, have three children: Paden, Casey, and Taylor. They are a family of outdoor enthusiasts, enjoying skiing and many other activities. Dr. Reilly's passions are his family, dentistry, his patients and cross country equestrian events, in that order. Dr. Dorfman
Dr. Dorfman is an honors graduate of Vanderbilt University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. She received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry, and a Master's Degree as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Dorfman, who is certified to administer IV conscious sedation, is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Academy of Women Dentists, and several other dental societies and organizations. While in training, Dr. Dorfman co-authored several scientific articles and presented her research findings at several national and international meetings. Dr. Dorfman is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Glen Atlas
At Advanced Dentistry near Somerset NJ, we have always been sensitive to our patients that experience a phobia towards dental treatment. Along with Dr. Reilly's certification in sedation dentistry, he has now joined with Dr. Atlas, a board certified anesthesiologist, to bring general anesthesia to our Middlesex NJ facility.
Dr. Reilly's patients can now safely receive anesthesia, for a wide range of dental procedures, without going to a hospital. Dr. Atlas is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
When Dr. Atlas is not at work, he is publishing articles and books or teaching other professionals. He has over 70 publications available.

Ellen: Dental Assistant
Ellen graduated from Saint Paul College with a bachelors of science degree in education. She is a certified clinical dental assistant with a radiography license. In over 10 years with the Advanced Dentistry team, Ellen, has logged over 200 hours of continuing education, including all levels of the Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry curriculum. Additionally Ellen is a Masters graduate from Dental Boot Kamp, where she perfected her patient care skills.
She prides herself on ensuring that you are completely comfortable and well taken care throughout your dental appointments. She is intuitive and many times knows instinctively what your needs are and addresses them before you even say a word.
Ellen has a bubbly personality and is always smiling (especially since cosmetic dentist Dr. Reilly completed her smile makeover). She and her husband Gerald, have two children Joshua and Geraldine, who keep them very busy. Ellen and her family live in Edison. She is very musical and an accomplished singer and dancer. Ellen enjoys karaoke singing and ball room dancing, don't be surprised if she breaks out in song during your dental appointment!

Josie: Practice Coordinator
Josie joined the Advanced Dentistry team in 1992 as a chairside assistant. She is trained as both an assistant and patient coordinator. Josie is one of the first people you will see as she greets you at every office visit. As a patient coordinator she also is responsible for helping each patient work out financial arrangements for treatment, schedule all your appointments, and aids in keeping the office running smoothly by pitching in whenever she is needed.
Josie is highly trained in all clinical aspects of treatment, in fact, she received her DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) in the Phillipines, her native country, in 1983. She is also both a certified and registered dental assistant, with her license in radiography. Josie, like all members of the Advanced Dentistry team, logs hundreds of hours of continuing education to keep abreast of the latest advanced in dentistry.
Josie has a fondness for nature photography, and continues to hone her art. In fact, she takes most of the photos of our patients, both before and after treatment. Josie, also admires Victorian charm, so much so, she and her husband Pat live in a beautiful Victorian home in Three Bridges with their two sons: Sean and Terry.

Joyce: Dental Hygienist
Joyce is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She comes to us from Beirut, Lebanon with a doctoral degree in Cosmetic Dentistry from her native county. In Beirut, Joyce practiced dentistry for over 15 years and was an active member of the French Dental Society. She also supervised a dental clinic with a goal to continually improve dental care. After moving to the United States, Joyce earned a two year associate degree with highest honor in Dental Hygiene at Middlesex County College. She earned a license in administering local dental anesthesia; Joyce diligently continues her education in cutting edge technology and patient care. We are proud of her dedication to a volunteer program called “Give Kids a Smile”. This organization gives free dental care and increase awareness of the obstacles of dental care access. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, gardening, swimming and spending time with family and friends. Mostly she is dedicated to improving the oral health of her patients.

Michele: Public Relations Coordinator
Michele Verdi is a seasoned Dental Management Consultant with over 35 years of experience. She has consulted with corporate dental facilities, government dental facilities, and independent dental practices. She is certified in many areas as an instructor for the latest technologies in dentistry as well as three leading dental software programs. She has worked for international consulting companies as a consultant as well as operating her own consulting company for over 25 years. Michele created marketing programs for Dental Facilities, Dental Specialists and Dental Laboratories that have proven to solidify relationships. She has presented at many dental seminars and has published a number of practice management articles and newsletters.
Michele joins our team to enhance the patient doctor relationship. She is bringing strategies and plans to bring Advanced Dentistry to its ultimate goal. That goal being: to bring the highest level of dentistry, professionalism and relationships to our dental family. YOU.

Mackyoly: Patient Coordinator
Probably the first voice you will hear when you call advanced dentistry will be the tender voice of our Patient Coordinator, Mackyoly [mar-joe-lee] Robles. Just a few moments with Mackyoly and you will see why we are so happy she has decided to join our team.
Born in Colombia, Mackyoly came to the states at age five. In 1998 Mackyoly graduated from Piscataway High School in Piscataway, New Jersey. She wanted to become a Dentist but landed a job as a computer technician instead. Later her passion for patients and her desire to work in a dental environment secured her a position as a dental receptionist. She worked in a dental facility, perfecting her skills for 11 years, before she came to us. Her ability to maximize our patients’ insurance benefits is definitely an asset to our practice.
She now lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children. She loves to cook and spend time with her two daughters and son. Her compassion to help our patients embrace dental health by making dental treatment feasible and possible is her desire . Her talent to magically set up payment plans and time schedules that are completely customized to every need are appreciated by all our patients. Aside from her warm and compassionate personality, we all enjoy her lovely smile.

Glecy Abaquita: Treatment Coordinator
We are thrilled to welcome Glecy (Glessey) Abaquita as a treatment coordinator. She will be working directly with Dr. Reilly at chairside. She comes to us with incredible experiences in dentistry. She is a board qualified dentist in her home country of the Philippines.
She comes from a family of dentists. Included in this dynasty is her mother, her older sister, her brother and her sister-in-law, all practicing dentists. She considers her mother to be her greatest gift from God. Glecy came to the U.S. in 1994 and acquired radiology license and became a registered dental assistant. The minute we met her, we knew what a great fit she would be.
Her interests include traveling. She loves to travel because it gives her the opportunity to experience different cultures and interests. You will find her knowledge of dentistry, her professionalism and her compassion for our patients to be a wonderful complement to our team.
