It all starts with the initial contact. We’ll send you a packet of information for new patients and take the time to answer all of your questions. We’ll also conduct a phone interview with you before your first visit to gain as much information about you as we can. And at that first visit we’ll give you the most thorough dental exam you’ve ever received. Seeing is believing, so as part of that exam, we will conduct a full-mouth intra-oral camera survey, which will enable you to see your mouth as we see it. Then we will “image” the pictures – change them to show you what is possible - so you can see how you will look after the proposed treatment. You’ll leave our office with a personalized CD-ROM presentation to view on your home computer and share with the important people in your life if you choose.
